資深舞蹈教育工作者、講師及編舞家。早年畢業於香港演藝學院舞蹈學院，隨後前往北京中國藝術研究院及香港嶺南大學深造，取得碩士學位。

由2002年至今，鍾氏應邀擔任康樂及文化事務署舉辦《中國舞蹈文化系列》之講師及策劃。她亦先後多次出任各大學院、舞蹈團之課程導師。鍾氏一直致力推動舞蹈教育，多次代表香港到世界各地作舞蹈文化交流演出，更於2008年創立香港當代青年舞蹈團。

Enid is a dance educator and choreographer. She was graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and received her Master degrees from the Chinese National Academy of Arts and the Lingnan University.

Since 2002, Enid has been appointed as the instructor of the “Chinese Dance Culture Series” organized by Leisure and Cultural Services Department. She has been working as a dance lecturer for varies universities and dance companies for many years as well. She participates actively in promoting dance. She has been representing Hong Kong to perform around the world throughout the years and she is also the founder of the Hong Kong Contemporary Youth Dancers.
