Course Description

In this course, students will learn how to develop an interior design project for a specific purpose, focusing on style, materials, colours and other design elements to serve the purpose. They will be introduced to the fundamental design strategies for residential, retail and visual merchandising purposes. They will be guided to research into innovative materials and exemplary projects, and learn to present their ideas using different presentation tools of the professionals.

Remarks:
Students will have to pay for their own material fee involved in the creation by themselves.


  1. Do research and develop concepts to create mood boards
  2. Create material boards and collage of interiors
  3. Master rendering and presentation methodologies for interiors
  4. Make mock-up model for various design purposes
