A freelance theatre artist, Art Form Panel (Community) Member of Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Expert Adviser of Arts Capacity Development Funding Scheme of Home Affairs Bureau, Examiner of Hong Kong Arts Development Council and Adjudicator of Hong Kong School Drama Festival. He was Lecturer (Directing) in the Drama School of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) from 2001 to 2011. Graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (BA in English) and the HKAPA (BFA in Drama - Directing); the Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London (MA in Advanced Theatre Practice – Dramaturgy); Recipient of the Yiqingzhai Foundation Arts Fellowship, the Asian Cultural Council in 2008 and the Outstanding Young Director Award in 2001 Hong Kong Theatre Award.

現為自由身劇場工作者，康樂及文化事務署社區演藝小組成員、民政事務局「藝能發展資助計劃」專業顧問、香港藝術發展局審批員及香港學校戲劇節評判。2001至11年間擔任香港演藝學院戲劇學院導演系講師，08年獲英國倫敦大學中央戲劇及語言學院碩士，同年夏天獲亞洲文化協會基金獎學金贊助前往美國考察研究。96年畢業於香港演藝學院，主修導演，憑《夢起航》獲傑出導演獎。01年獲頒發香港舞台劇獎優秀青年導演獎。近期作品包括為楊春江舞蹈作品《灵灵性性之天体樂園》擔任戲劇指導，翻譯及導演Loft Stage x 梁榮忠的《交響名人夢》；翻譯及導演一條褲製作的《亂世浮花》；導演《學良事變》、《野孩子》及《革捷古華拉命》，為香港演藝學院翻譯及導演《戀戀仲夏》、《血還血-復仇三部曲》及《女人大作戰》；導演《只有香如故》。
