Rebecca Wong Mei Yuk, graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) with her first honours major in contemporary dance in 2003. While studying at the HKAPA, she was awarded the Society of HKAPA scholarship, Modern Dance Lecturers’ Scholarship and the Standard Chartered Community Foundation Scholarship. She was also awarded the Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund- Dance scholarship to further her studies at the Laban Centre in England where she was awarded the Graduate Diploma in Performance in 2004. She worked with Bode Lawal Sakuba Dance Company in 2008. She is finically supported by K.K. Chak Memorial Scholarship and Hong Kong Association of University Woman for studying her Master of Fine Arts at HKAPA in 2014. Rebecca has worked with Various well-known local and international artists.

Since 2009, Rebecca started her own choreography. Her works include <Hits or Miss>, <You are Special>, <Right here Right Now>, <In…Dark>…etc. Commissioned by City Contemporary Dance Company, her work <A Hollowed Mind> was presented in September 2013.

The latest works are presented by Hong Kong Arts Festival, No Limits < Found without seeing> & <Sing Out Musical> by Hong Kong Repertory Theatre outreach department.
 

黃美玉畢業於香港演藝學院，主修現代舞，其後獲頒香港賽馬會音樂及舞蹈信託基金之獎學金，赴英國拉賓中心就讀表演深造文憑。在翟冠翹紀念獎學金和香港大學婦女協會的支持下，獲頒香港演藝學院舞蹈藝術碩士學位(2014)。

黃氏曾與多位著名香港/國際藝術家及機構分享舞蹈，包括香港演藝學院、CCDC舞蹈中心、HKU SPACE、HKREP教育及外展部...等等。2019-21年更為香港演藝學院應用學習課程擔任課程主任。

於2009年黃氏開始編創作品，包括：《不要錯過半個世界》、《你很特別》、《霎時》、《這地》、《In … Dark》、《潛．藏．壓》等。2013年應城市當代舞蹈團邀約發表作品《沒鎖上的記憶》，2015年於馬來西亞及澳門發表《沒鎖上的憶記 2.0》。

近期參與之作品為香港藝術節 無限量主辦《不用眼睛找到你》及香港話劇團教育及外展部主辦 賽馬會《奮青樂與路》品格教育音樂劇計劃。
