陳用博士為前香港教育署首席講師，藝壇先輩陳語山先生次公子。幼承家學，書工五體，並善畫印，常為藝術團體演講書印專題，多件作品為香港中文大學、香港藝術館、澳門基金會等機構收藏。香港教育學院及中文大學曾為其主辦個展。現為香港南維書學會會長，中國書法家協會香港分會執委，全港青年學藝比賽書法組評審委員，香港聖雅各福群會書法專業文憑課程統籌主任，并兼香港中文大學藝術系教席。其個人網頁為http://www.chanyung.com

Chan Yung, PhD, the second son of late Master Chan Yu San, was the Principal Lecturer of former Department of Education, Hong Kong Government. As born in an artistic family, he has accomplished in five scripts of Chinese calligraphy, Chinese painting and seal engraving. He is a frequent speaker on fine art in public talks organized by different academic organizations. His works have been collected by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Museum of Art and Foundacao Macau, etc. The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Institute of Education have held solo exhibitions for Dr Chan.  He is now the President of Hong Kong Nam Wei Calligraphy Association, Official member of China Calligraphers Association Hong Kong Branch, Adjudicator of HK Youth Academic and Art Competitions, Coordinator of Chinese Calligraphy Diploma Course of St. James Settlement, and Part-time Lecturer of Fine Art Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
